Jack S. Hoffinger

Jack S. Hoffinger is a partner of The Hoffinger Firm, PLLC. His practice is largely centered on white collar and other criminal litigation, as well as civil litigation. Since becoming a member of the New York State Bar in 1951 he has dedicated himself to the highest level of advocacy on behalf of his clients as well as service to the bar and the legal community.


Mr. Hoffinger received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Yale Law School in 1951 where he was Managing Editor of the Yale Law Journal from 1949 through 1951.

Prior to attending Yale Law School, Mr. Hoffinger attended the College of the City of New York (C.C.N.Y) where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with Honors, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
